Scottburgh High School’s teacher & learner brave gruelling MTB race

Well done to Scottburgh High Educator – Ms Candice Parker-Dennison and student – Dylan Hall, who completed the grueling Sani2C mountain bike race.

Miss Parker-Dennison, who took part for the 8th time this year, teamed with her brother Wesley Parker-Dennison. They completed the race in 5th position in their catergory. Dylan Hall who competed for the first time this year, was teamed with his dad Elliot Hall. Dylan says it was a tough but exciting ride and he’ll definitely ride again next year.

The KAP sani2c is a 265km ride from Himeville to Scottburgh on the KZN South Coast. The event takes teams of two, through some of the province’s most iconic scenery with the Umkomaas Valley providing a breathtaking backdrop on the second day of the event.

With hospitality second-to-none and trails that make mountain biking a pleasure, the KAP Sani2c should be on any mountain bikers bucket list!.
